What is it?
  • PrimaryAccess is a suite of free online tools that allows students and teachers to use primary source documents to complete meaningful and compelling learning activities with digital movies, storyboards, rebus stories and other online tools

How can you use it?
  • Students could use this as a tool to create a typical digital story.
  • Using the primary source documents students create a rebus or comic strip in place of a traditional book report.
  • Could be used cross-curricular for LAL and SS.

Why would you use it?
  • The primary source documents and pictures are educational and can be a springboard for many discussions.
  • Pros- Access to primary source documents, easy to use, students can work on it in school or at home.
  • Cons- None that I have seen so far
